Tatiana holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master’s degree in Taxation from Robert Morris University. She began her professional career as an accountant for a transportation company before transitioning to the accounting industry, a move she considers pivotal in her career development. After several years of honing her expertise in a full-time role, Tatiana acquired the accounting firm and launched her own brand, demonstrating her entrepreneurial spirit and leadership in the field.

Penny is an accomplished tax professional with a Master’s in Taxation and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Robert Morris University (RMU), where she was inducted into Phi Theta Kappa.She founded her own tax business in 1974 and established P.A. Erbe & Associates, Inc. in 1989, specializing in tax and bookkeeping services. That same year, she earned her Enrolled Agent status. A past President of the Pennsylvania Society of Tax and Accounting Professionals (PSTAP), she has also served on various professional boards. Her professional philosophy centers on truth, a deep understanding of the tax code, and maintaining ethical standards while ensuring full compliance with the law.

Heather is a graduate of South Park High School. She graduated Cum Laude from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She is specializing in payroll operations at 412 Tax and Accounting Services. She has worked as an auditor for the Department of Defense Inspector General’s Office, account specialist for LOGICON, Inc., preschool teacher for King of Kings Lutheran Preschool, and as an Executive Assistant for Monticello Capital, Inc. Heather has four children. She enjoys gardening, taking hikes in the community and reading cookbooks.
